here’s a simple recipe for grilled chicken wings and legs:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings and legs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • BBQ sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Rinse the chicken wings and legs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
    • Place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Grilling:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
    • Place the chicken wings and legs on the grill, skin side down.
    • Grill for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through. The time may vary depending on the size of the pieces and your grill’s heat.
  3. Serve:
    • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
    • Optionally, brush with BBQ sauce before serving for added flavor.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
