Easy Coconut & Condensed Milk Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling or dipping)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully mixed and sticky.

  2. Shape the Dessert:
    Scoop out small amounts (about 1 tablespoon each) and shape into balls, bars, or press into a parchment-lined dish to cut into squares later.

  3. Optional โ€” Add Chocolate:
    You can drizzle melted chocolate over the top or dip the coconut pieces partially or fully in chocolate for a โ€œBountyโ€ style treat.

  4. Chill:
    Place in the fridge for 1โ€“2 hours to firm up.

  5. Serve & Enjoy!


Tips:

  • Add chopped nuts, dried fruit, or mini chocolate chips for variety.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
