Easy Coconut & Condensed Milk Dessert

Melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions:

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully mixed and sticky. -
Shape the Dessert:
Scoop out small amounts (about 1 tablespoon each) and shape into balls, bars, or press into a parchment-lined dish to cut into squares later. -
Optional โ Add Chocolate:
You can drizzle melted chocolate over the top or dip the coconut pieces partially or fully in chocolate for a โBountyโ style treat. -
Chill:
Place in the fridge for 1โ2 hours to firm up. -
